Context and Objectives

A leading financial services entity sought to bridge the gap between the theoretical promise of Generative AI and its practical application within the organization. Following an industry seminar featuring an Agilytic presentation, the CEO identified a critical need to upskill the leadership team, moving beyond general awareness to concrete operational efficiency.

The primary objective was to demystify Microsoft Copilot and General AI for the executive committee. The client aimed to drive adoption not through top-down mandates, but by demonstrating immediate, tangible value in the daily workflows of senior leadership, thereby fostering a culture of innovation from the top.

Approach

Agilytic designed a hybrid engagement model that combined broad strategic alignment with high-touch, individualized coaching.

  • Executive Sensitization: The engagement commenced with a plenary session to establish a baseline understanding of AI fundamentals, the strategic stakes of the technology, and the principles of effective prompt engineering.

  • Targeted Individual Clinics: To ensure practical relevance, Agilytic conducted 90-minute one-on-one sessions with ten key executives. Prior to these sessions, participants were tasked with an audit of their recent agendas to identify friction points and repetitive tasks.

  • Workflow Deconstruction: During the coaching sessions, we analyzed the specific roles and departmental challenges of each leader. This allowed for real-time problem solving, ranging from "quick wins" (such as advanced Outlook rules and repetitive task automation) to the creation of personalized Copilot agents.

Results

The intervention delivered immediate upskilling while surfacing deeper organizational opportunities.

  • Leadership Empowerment: The executive team successfully transitioned from passive awareness to active competence, gaining the skills to lead AI initiatives by example.

  • Operational Efficiency: The individual clinics resulted in immediate productivity gains through the implementation of personalized digital assistants and automated workflows.

  • Strategic Roadmap: The deep-dive sessions served as a diagnostic tool, revealing critical organizational bottlenecks—specifically regarding customer service congestion and complaint resolution latencies. Consequently, the client was able to scope and prioritize complex, high-value AI projects based on documented operational realities rather than theoretical assumptions.
