Joining Agilytic, now part of Artefact
If you're considering a role with us, here's what that means for you.
The news in one line
In July 2026, Agilytic joined Artefact, a global data and AI consultancy with more than 2,500 people across 27 countries. Read the full story on our blog or the press release.
Does this change my application?
No. If you've applied, interviewed, or received an offer, everything stands. Same process, same contacts, same timelines. There is no hiring freeze; the opposite, in fact. You'll be hired into the same Belgian team, working from the same offices.
What kind of company am I joining?
The one you researched. Agilytic is still a team of around 30 people in Belgium, with ten years and more than 400 delivered projects behind us. The culture that made people stay is intact: senior mentorship from people who sit next to you, real client contact from day one, and work that ships instead of ending up in a slide deck.
What changed is what's behind us.
So what's better?
Joining Agilytic now means joining Artefact too, and that raises the ceiling in a few concrete ways:
We can now take on production-grade AI programmes from strategy through deployment at scale, the kind of work a 30-person firm couldn't staff alone.
Artefact's AI Factory model and its library of industry-specific accelerators mean less reinventing and more building.
There are thousands of engineers, data scientists and consultants across 27 countries to learn from and be challenged by.
As the Benelux practice grows within a global firm, so do the routes your career can take.
Why now is a good moment
We're building out Artefact's Belgian and Benelux presence. That means growth roles, not maintenance roles: new clients, and the chance to shape how this next phase works rather than inherit it.
FAQ
Who will my employer be, Agilytic or Artefact?
You'll be employed by Agilytic SRL, an Artefact company. If the legal entity evolves down the line, your contract terms carry over.
Does the Agilytic brand disappear?
Not for now. Agilytic continues as Agilytic, an Artefact company.
Will I have to travel or relocate?
No. Roles are based in Belgium, serving mostly Belgian clients. International mobility is an option that may open up, not an obligation.
Does compensation or benefits policy change?
No. Existing packages and current offers are unaffected.
Who will I report to?
The same Agilytic leadership and project structure you'd have joined before the acquisition.
I applied before the announcement. Do I need to do anything?
Nothing. Your application continues exactly as planned, with the same contact person.
