Was something wrong at Agilytic?

Quite the contrary. Business is growing, we are hiring, and we are proud to have grown a profitable, self-funded business over the years.

We are delighted to join Artefact driven by our ambition, and free of any financial or organizational burdens. To us, it's the ideal way to turn a fulfilling entrepreneurial decade into a new chapter, fully in control of our destiny.

Do my contract and pricing change?

No. Existing contracts, rates and commitments continue as agreed.

Does invoicing or the legal entity change?

No. You continue to contract with and be invoiced by Agilytic SRL. If administrative details ever change, we'll notify you well in advance; nothing is required from your side.

Will I get a new contact person?

No. Your current Agilytic contacts remain your contacts.

What happens to my data and confidentiality agreements?

Nothing. Your agreements are with Agilytic SRL, which remains your contracting entity, so existing NDAs and data processing agreements stay in force unchanged.

Can I now access Artefact's international teams and expertise?

Yes. That's the point. Your Agilytic team can bring in Artefact specialists, accelerators and industry expertise wherever it helps your project.

What happens to the Agilytic brand?

Agilytic continues as Agilytic, an Artefact company.
