We analyzed the existing customer portfolio to understand which services were most favored by activity sector, company size, age, geography, and financial profile.

This market analysis produced a prospect score for each company, with clear justification of high-to-low potential based on specific criteria.

  1. Delivery of actionable tools and insights

We structured the results in an Excel tool with pivot tables and filters, allowing the client's commercial team to experiment with their own selection criteria.

The Agilytic team also delivered a shortlist of target companies based on selected criteria, as well as insights on characteristics most favorable to partnership.
