For ten years, we set out to become a leading data and AI consultancy in Belgium. More than 400 projects and dozens of high-profile clients later, in banking, insurance, telecom, automotive, retail and beyond, we got there.
So we raised the bar. In 2026, Agilytic joined Artefact, a global data and AI consultancy with more than 2,500 people across 27 countries. Our next destination: building the reference data and AI practice for Belgium and the Benelux, with a global firm behind us.

How we are going to get there
We are looking for data and AI professionals to strengthen our team and help us grow in both dimensions:
Industry expertise: deepen our roots in the sectors we know, with new and existing clients, now reinforced by Artefact's industry accelerators and international benchmarks.
Mission expertise: take the know-how from our delivered projects further, from commercial performance and customer experience to production-grade AI programmes we can now carry from strategy through deployment at scale.
Skills alone are not enough
We need pragmatic yet proactive professionals who can bring stability while sustaining growth by:
Instilling the right amount of discipline, structure and process without stifling our entrepreneurial spirit.
Contributing actively to the entrepreneurial project beyond your own missions: recruiting, sharing knowledge, improving how we work.
Leading a project, internal or client-facing, earlier than you would elsewhere. Here, you still captain a small vessel. The difference is that it now sails with a fleet behind it: when your project needs a niche expert, extra engineering capacity or a proven accelerator, you can call on it.
Two essential things to consider:
Everybody is on the front line. Everybody is client-facing. It is vital to have a genuine desire to help our clients, and that often means going to their offices. Expect meaningful interactions with senior executives, and constant collaboration with colleagues and clients' teams.
Our horizontal structure. You won't have numerous management layers before interacting with anyone at Agilytic. In return, this implies being a proactive force of proposal: don't wait for a process or mandate to suggest a course of action.
