Generative AI training for teams

Training for teams who have the licences and want the results.

Licences are bought, usage stalls

Buying AI licences does not guarantee useful adoption. This course helps teams turn Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini into a practical part of their work. Participants practise on tasks from their own job, using the tools their company has approved and the rules it has set.

Who this training is for

  • Teams in finance, marketing, sales, HR, operations and customer service

  • Managers who want to use AI in their own work before asking their teams to

  • Companies preparing a rollout, or restarting one that stalled

What participants learn

  • Writing clear requests with context, examples and a defined output, then refining the result

  • Working with documents, spreadsheets, meeting notes and email

  • Checking an answer before using it: sources, numbers, confidentiality

  • What not to put into an AI tool, and why your company’s rules say so

  • Building a simple assistant or agent for a repeated task (Copilot agents, custom GPTs, Claude projects, Gemini Gems)

Format

  • Tailored to your teams: length, group size and follow-up are set with you, on site or remote, in French, English or Dutch

  • Plenary sessions, team workshops and one-to-one sessions with managers can be combined

  • One version per tool: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude or Gemini. Mixed environments are covered side by side.

  • Where your tools provide suitable admin reports, agree usage indicators before training and compare them afterwards

Who teaches it

The programme is led by Julien Theys, co-founder of Agilytic. His teaching and coaching work includes Solvay Brussels School, IHECS Academy and Cefora. Sessions are delivered with Agilytic consultants who build AI assistants and agents for clients.

Frequently asked questions

Is the training the same for Copilot and ChatGPT?

The method is the same; the exercises and screens follow the tool you use. If you run several tools, we show where each one does better.

Does it help with the AI Act?

It can support your AI literacy measures. Article 4 of the AI Act requires providers and deployers to support the development of AI literacy among staff dealing with AI. It does not prescribe a specific course or certificate. Training must fit your tools, users and risks; it is not a guarantee of compliance.

Can you adapt it to our policies?

Yes. We start from your AI use policy, or help you write a first version if you do not have one.
